Behind every service we provide is a dedicated team of professionals, each bringing their unique expertise and enthusiasm to our business.

Dr. Joshua Binder

Owner & Dentist

Practicing in central Virginia since 2002.
Joined the practice as a partner in 2006 and is now the sole owner.
Received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the College of William and Mary in 1997.
Attended the Medical College of Virginia and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2001.
Continued his education at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry and received an Advanced Education in General Dentistry degree in 2002.
Served as an associate dentist in Dillwyn, Virginia for 4 years prior to relocating to Lynchburg.
Member of the American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry and an active volunteer at the Lynchburg Free Clinic.
Member of The American Association of Dental Sleep Medicine and enjoys helping people with sleep apnea.
Completes many hours of continuing education in order to remain up-to-date on current dental procedures.
Married in 2001 and has a beautiful daughter.
Enjoys playing tennis, reading and spending time with his family.

Dr. Lauren Weber

Dentist

Originally from Virginia Beach, VA
Attended the University of Virginia and graduated with a BA in Environmental Science in 2005
Graduated from VCU School of Dentistry in 2013
Nominated for Omicron Kappa Upsilon honor society
Worked in private practice and with the rural school systems in Kentucky before settling in Lynchburg
Enjoys cycling, running, and being outdoors
Completed an Ironman in 2012
She is a happily married wife, busy mom with six young children: Charlotte, Eleanor, Teddy, Benny, Joey and Hattie.

Dr. Tyler Guido

Dentist

Originally from Galway, NY
Received Bachelors in Science from St. Lawrence University Summa Cum Laude.
Inducted into the academic honor society Phi Beta Kappa.
Attended University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. Here, he received numerous awards including the Academy of General Dentistry Senior Student Dental Award, American Prosthodontic Society Award, Academy of Osseointegration Outstanding Dental Student in Implant Dentistry Award, and the Fox Award given to the students judged to be best all-around in class. Additionally, he was inducted into the Phi Chi Chapter of Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Honor Dental Society focusing on scholarship and character.
Completed a 2 year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) at VCU.
Coauthored a paper on periodontal bacteria in the Journal of Molecular Oral Microbiology.
Member of the Academy of Osseointegration, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry, and Virginia Academy of General Dentistry
He thoroughly enjoys reconstructive crown and bridge cases as well as extractions and implants. He also has a passion for treating patients with intellectual disabilities.
In his personal time, he enjoys outdoors, swimming, hiking, and running. He also loves cooking and playing board games with his wife. He has a third degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do too!
He is an avid fan of movies and all things cinema related. His favorite music is indie folk and loves playing the piano. He's also a huge fan of Japanese manga, and Marvel Comics.

Dr. Riley Aiken

Dentist

Originally from Henrico, VA
She was an upperclassman RA at William & Mary.
Received Bachelors of Science in Biology with a minor in Classical Civilizations.
Attended the Medical College of Virginia and received her Doctor in Dental Surgery.
She continued in excellence, being nominated for Omega Kappa Upsilon (OKU) Dental Honor Society.
During previous years, she worked for an orthodontic office.
She has an increasing interest in oral pathology, dental materials science, and digital dentistry.
In her personal time, she enjoys fantasy & fiction books, yoga, and hiking! She shares her personal time with her miniature schnauzer, Theo.
